If you’ve changed your online banking password or username, you’ll need to update your credentials in Tabby so transactions continue syncing. Whenever your bank credentials change, your accounts automatically get disconnected from Tabby right away and Tabby will prompt you to connect your bank accounts again. Follow the on screen instructions after this to reconnect your accounts.
Your connection will be restored, and Tabby will resume syncing your latest transactions. Remember: Tabby never stores your banking passwords—they’re securely managed by Plaid.
