I’m Seeing Duplicate Transactions – How Do I Fix This?

Duplicate transactions can happen if you manually add a transaction that’s also being synced automatically, or if there’s a temporary syncing issue with your bank.

How to Remove Duplicates:

  1. Go to your Transactions page.
  2. Use the search or filter to find the duplicate transaction.
  3. Click the red trash icon on the duplicate transaction
  4. Confirm the deletion.

This can also be done in bulk, on the transaction table click on multiple checkboxes next to the date then a menu item will show up and you can click delete there to delete multiple transactions at once.

Preventing Future Duplicates:

Avoid manually entering transactions that will sync automatically from your bank. If you do need to add a manual transaction, double-check that it hasn’t already appeared from your bank feed.
