If your subscription payment fails, here’s what to expect and how to fix it.
Grace Period #
You’ll have a 7-day grace period to update your payment information. During this time, you’ll retain full access to your account and features.
After the Grace Period #
If payment isn’t received within 7 days, your account will be moved to the free tier. Your data is not deleted—you just won’t have access to paid features until you update your payment method.
Reactivating Your Subscription #
To reactivate, go to Settings > Subscription and update your payment method. Billing will be prorated automatically, and your paid features will be restored immediately.
