If you’re expecting to see a transaction but it’s not showing up, here’s what to check:
- Bank Sync Timing: Transactions usually appear within 24-48 hours of posting to your bank. If it’s very recent, it may not have synced yet.
- Filters: Check if you have any active filters on your Transactions page that might be hiding it (e.g., date range, category, or account filters).
- Pending Status: Some transactions appear as “pending” in your bank and won’t sync to Tabby until they’re fully posted.
- Wrong Account: Make sure you’re viewing the correct connected account where the transaction occurred.
If you’ve checked all of the above and still don’t see the transaction, try manually refreshing your bank connection or contact support for help.
