Duplicate transactions can happen if you manually add a transaction that’s also being synced automatically, or if there’s a temporary syncing issue with your bank.
How to Remove Duplicates:
- Go to your Transactions page.
- Use the search or filter to find the duplicate transaction.
- Click the red trash icon on the duplicate transaction
- Confirm the deletion.
This can also be done in bulk, on the transaction table click on multiple checkboxes next to the date then a menu item will show up and you can click delete there to delete multiple transactions at once.
Preventing Future Duplicates:
Avoid manually entering transactions that will sync automatically from your bank. If you do need to add a manual transaction, double-check that it hasn’t already appeared from your bank feed.
