Why Are My Transactions Syncing Slowly? #

Transaction sync speed depends on your bank and plan tier. Standard plan: 24-hour batch sync. Professional plan: Real-time sync (every few hours). Bank-side delays: Some banks release transactions to Plaid with 12-48 hour lag. Temporary issues: Plaid or bank maintenance can cause delays. Solution: If delays persist beyond 48 hours, check Settings > Bank Accounts for error messages or try reconnecting your bank.

Does Tabby Work Offline or Do I Need Internet? #

Tabby is a cloud-based SaaS platform and requires internet connection to access your data. Why cloud-based: Your data is securely backed up, accessible from any device, and automatically synced across web and mobile. Working without internet: You cannot access Tabby offline. For airplane travel or poor connectivity, download key reports as PDF before going offline. Mobile app: Also requires internet, but receipt photos can be captured offline and upload when connection restores.

Why Is the App/Website Loading Slowly? #

Slow performance is uncommon but can happen. Common causes: Browser cache (clear cookies/cache), Too many browser tabs/extensions (try incognito mode), Large transaction volume (10,000+ transactions may load slower – use date filters), Server maintenance (check status.tabbyai.com for updates). Solutions: Refresh the page, Use a different browser (Chrome recommended), Filter transactions by date range to load fewer at once, Check your internet speed. If persistent, contact support with browser type and screenshot.

What Browsers and Devices Does Tabby Support? #

Recommended browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (latest 2 versions). Mobile apps: iOS 14+ and Android 10+. Not supported: Internet Explorer (discontinued by Microsoft).
