For security reasons, many banks require you to re-authenticate your connection every 90-180 days. When this happens, Tabby will notify you that action is needed.
How to Re-Authenticate:
- A pop will show you on screen once you login or you will get an email prompting you to reconnect your accounts.
- Click “Reconnect” and log in with your current bank credentials.
- Complete any multi-factor authentication steps your bank requires.
Once re-authenticated, Tabby will resume syncing your transactions. This is a normal part of bank security protocols and helps keep your data safe.
