If you cancel your Tabby subscription, your data is not deleted. Here’s what happens:
After Cancellation:
Your account remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you’re moved to the free plan, which includes read-only access to your data.
Data Access:
You can still log in, view your transaction history, and export reports. However, you won’t be able to sync new transactions, create invoices, or use premium features.
Reactivating:
If you decide to come back, simply upgrade to a paid plan and you’ll regain full access to all features. Your data remains intact.
Deleting Your Data:
If you want your data permanently deleted, contact support and request account deletion. Once processed, this action cannot be undone.
