- Changed Password: If you recently changed your online banking password, you’ll need to reconnect your account in Tabby with the new credentials.
- Bank Security Updates: Some banks periodically require re-authentication for security. Simply reconnect when prompted.
- Plaid Connection Issues: Occasionally, Plaid (the service we use to connect to banks) experiences temporary issues with specific institutions. Try reconnecting, and if the problem persists, contact support.
Tabby will prompt you to connect your accounts as soon as they disconnect. If disconnections continue frequently, reach out to Tabby support with your bank name so we can investigate further.
